2027 Symposium Registration

Save the date for the University of Georgia Obesity Research Initiative academic symposium on February 17, 2027, featuring keynote speaker Darleen Sandoval, PhD.

Registration is now opened! If you plan to attend events throughout the morning, registration is required. Morning coffee is included in your registration. Students who plan to attend the event as a classroom assignment for 1 class period only do not need to register; check with your instructor if you are requested to verify attendance on a sign in sheet.

Please complete the form below and submit to register for the Seventh Annual Obesity Research Initiative Symposium on February 17, 2027.

We may photograph or video record during the event. You are asked to accept the following policy as part of the registration process:

I grant permission for the Subject’s likeness, image and voice to be recorded in any media and to be used by the University of Georgia on behalf of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia in any publications, media, or technology now known of or hereafter developed in the future, for any lawful purpose whatsoever without further permission from me. I understand I will not be compensated further for use of these recordings.
